The Grand Salmon Film premiere

October 10 @ 6:30 pm

“In 2023, four women embarked on an extraordinary journey, kayaking 1,000 miles from the headwaters of Idaho’s Salmon River to the Pacific Ocean, all in the name of salmon conservation. Join us for the Oregon premiere of their feature film, The Grand Salmon, along with a selection of thrilling adventure shorts from White Salmon’s own River Roots Productions. Filmmakers Rush Sturges and Darby McAdams will be in attendance to introduce their films.

This special event is a fundraiser to support two Indigenous youth on their path to attending World Class Kayak Academy. Your contributions will help them achieve their dream of paddling their home river, the Klamath, from its source to the sea, following the largest dam removal in history. All proceeds are tax-deductible.”
