ROSE GERBER
Known for the unique juxtaposition of her wry wit and ability to pen a heartbreaking ballad, Rose Gerber has been a fixture in the Portland, OR music scene where she’s honed her signature sound of rock meets country. Her songs are a melting pot of essential American sounds, bringing a high lonesome rock vibe to the familiar sound of the pedal steel whine. Think Natalie Merchant-fronts-The Cardinals.
THE BARBARAS
The Barbaras is the collaboration between sisters, Weezy and Sallie ford. They draw sonic inspiration from mid century country, doo wop and rock ‘n roll with a modern lyrical perspective. They released their first full length record “Oh my God Barbara” in 2022 with contributions from James Greenan (Cedar Shakes), Jeff Munger (The Sound Outside, Floating Easements), Mark Robertson (Harlowe), and Buddy Weeks (Jenny Don’t and the Spurs).
