Paddle Boarding – Seventh Annual PNW24 Paddle For Cancer

This is the paddling event for the pnw24.
What is the pnw24? It is a relay for life style cancer fundraiser, as a team. And a community we paddle for 24 hours, paddleboards, kayaks, canoes etc. to show our support for those battling, affected, or remembering who we have lost to cancer.

It really has touched us all. One way or another another.
Please help us share the fundraiser link, spread the word. The more we raise, the more we can help.

Funds raised go directly to selected people dealing with cancer.

How this works, they are nominated by a team member, or we hear of them through the grapevine, and fill out a nomination form, to see what their needs are. Once selected they can use this money for anything. No strings attached.

Now for the sleep/24 hour. Many of us on the past have simply not slept, or grabbed a fitful hour in the chair by a fire. Some people sleep in their cars, some come and go, or come out for a few hours. And it’s all perfectly ok! We all do what we can.

The big thing here really is the fundraiser, without, all this effort really doesn’t mean a whole lot.
