Mosier Equinox bonfire + I-84 overpass protest…/Hoguera del equinoccio de Mosier + protesta en el paso elevado de la I-84: Because silence = consent.

Legal peaceful protest (handheld signs) on the overpass goes from 4-6. Bonfire will be lit at a private residence shortly thereafter, as the sun goes down. Yes, we are the same people who also burn a big magical pile for fun on Winter Solstice.
BYO handheld sign to support Democracy, Ukraine, Ireland, etc. + effigy of your fave Fascist to burn. Old clothing and straw/hay works well. Gorge landscapes are pretty. But…where are the REAL artists of the Gorge? The ones who create art as protest? “Guernica”? “Saturn Devouring His Children”? “Self Portrait on the Borderline Between Mexico and the United States “? Show us what you’ve got! Prizes awarded for best effigy, sign, or poem, and the runner-up! May Queen and King welcome (Don’t worry: we won’t burn you.). BYO poem, story, snack, treat, art to burn. Peaceful protest is appropriate, cathartic, effective coping, and it will be noticed. It’s as American as apple pie (1st Ammendment). Call or text for bonfire location. Or just show up at the Mosier overpass to find out and follow to the bonfire thereafter. Plenty of parking nearby at the park n ride, etc.

Los paisajes del desfiladero son bonitos. Pero… ¿dónde están los VERDADEROS artistas del Gorge? ¿Los que crean arte como protesta? ¿”Guernica”? ¿”Saturno devorando a sus hijos”? ¿“Autorretrato en la frontera entre México y Estados Unidos”? ¡Muéstranos lo que tienes! ¡Premios otorgados a la mejor efigie, letrero o poema, y al finalista! La protesta pacífica es una forma de afrontar la situación apropiada, catártica y eficaz, y se notará. Es tan americano como el pastel de manzana (Primera Enmienda). Llame o envíe un mensaje de texto para conocer la ubicación de la fogata. O simplemente preséntese en el paso elevado de Mosier para averiguarlo y luego siga hasta la hoguera. Mucho espacio para estacionar cerca en Park n Ride, etc.
