Alonzo Garbanzo [the stage name of Dennis M. Castañares] is a singer, instrumentalist, songwriter, and audio and video producer living and performing in the Columbia Gorge. He has been a solo performer and member of various bands (The Cowsills, The Odyssey, Christopher Milk, etc.) since 1964. With a 550+ repertoire of cover tunes ranging from 19th-century folk songs to Radiohead, and with several dozen originals as well, Alonzo is well-known for singing 3- and 4-hour marathons with no breaks and sometimes none even between songs.
