LEGO Minifigure Habitat Build Competition!

We are partnering with LEGO’s BrickLink in a competition! We’re taking it local and you could win your opportunity to get some sweet prizes and recognition!
If you’re cold, they’re cold. This winter, build your minifigures a loving home in the form of an 8×8 minifigure habitat! We want you to create a vignette (or two) where minifigures can live, work, or play to their hearts’ content.
Your build should be built on an 8×8 plate as the base, but there are no rules limiting the size of your model besides having a 300-part limit! Feel free to build one huge minifigure habitat or three little ones – the choice is yours.
Will your minifigures descend to an underwater palace, soar above the clouds, or relax on the couch at home? Maybe they simply want to visit the dog park or play a game at the local arcade. Start designing their habitat and let your imagination run wild!
All habitats must be brought to Brick City & Games no later than 5pm on Sunday, March 9th. Habitats will be displayed in the store window through the month of March and then the builds will be returned to their Master Builder!
Design Requirements
-10 to 300 total parts
-Must incorporate a standard 8×8 plate as the base (Models may be wider than 8×8 studs in total, but should be built around an 8×8 plate)
-Designs must be original
Categories
-Ages 10 and under
-Ages 11-17
-Ages 18+
Winners and Recognition
-All participating designs be displayed in the front window of Brick City & Games
-Winners announced via Social Media on March 12th, 2025 at 11:00am
-Winners will be featured on the Brick City & Games social media channels
-Category winners will get a $5 gift certificate for Brick City & Games, a FREE Build-a-Minifig, and a FREE medium bulk bag of LEGO!
