Join us for a spine-chilling adventure at the Legends of Goldendale: Cryptid Hunt on October 19th from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM!
Gather your friends and family to form teams of 2-6 members and dive into a spooky scavenger hunt through the haunted corners of Goldendale.
Event Details:
Date: October 19thHunt
Time: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Arrival Time: 2:00 PM for rules and questions (stay for grub, music, and celebration until 7:00 PM)
Event Time: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
(Harvest Fest: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Before the Hunt & After Hunt Party: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
Location: Meet up at the Goldendale Courthouse
Price: $7 per person
Team Size: 2-6 members per team
Dress Code: Halloween costumes required (make sure you can still solve riddles and do challenges!)
Start your day by celebrating the harvest at Goldendale Harvet Festival from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Enjoy music, vendors, food, and games before embarking on your haunted adventure. After the hunt, we’ll have an After Hunt Party where you can relax, share your stories, and celebrate your survival!Uncover eerie legends as you navigate through haunted clues and ghostly challenges.
Each participant will receive their very own Adventure Kit, packed with all the tools and items needed to conquer the tasks ahead. From solving intricate clues to tackling thrilling challenges, every moment will test your wit, skill, and teamwork.
The hunt will take place within a mile radius of the Goldendale Courthouse, so you’ll explore the hidden, haunted gems of our community on foot, racing against time. And don’t forget—an incredible prize awaits the winning team!

Haunted Adventure Hunt Rules:
Be Courteous: Respect other participants, business owners, and the public.
No Cheating: Complete the hunt fairly without outside help or sharing answers.
Encourage Others: Support fellow hunters and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Follow the Sequence: Complete the hunt in order—no skipping locations.
Hunt Structure:
Location Identification: Each spot will be clearly numbered.
Clues: Some clues will be indoors, some outdoors. Follow signs.
Challenges: Complete all challenges and answer all questions at each location.
Verify Answers: Ensure your answers are correct before proceeding.
Use of Adventure Kit: Your kit will help you solve clues and challenges.
Only use location-specific items to solve clues at that spot (they won’t be listed explicitly—you’ll need to deduce it!).
Additional Guidelines:
Respect Property: Don’t disturb or damage anything at locations.
Ask for Help if Needed: Politely ask business staff if you’re stuck on a clue.
Time Management: Complete the hunt within the allotted time.
