January Storytelling Night: Theme of “Turning the Page”

January 8 @ 6:30 pm

Join us for an evening of storytelling in Hood River that gives back to local nonprofits!

Community members take the stage to share stories centered around a theme of the month. You can sign up to share a story, or just sit back and listen.

Theme and nonprofit of the month are announced on Facebook and Instagram each month, and through our monthly email list (itsangiemarie.com/gorgespeakeasy then scroll down).

Admission is by donation of any size; we donate proceeds to a local nonprofit each month to keep our community strong through the joy of sharing stories. Since our first event in November 2021, you’ve helped us donate over $13,000 to 20+ Gorge community nonprofits.

With suggested themes ranging from “Adventure” to “Taboo,” anonymous mini-stories submitted by the audience, and local wine and cider flowing all night, this event is a can’t-miss, and every month is different!

First Wednesdays of the month (September through May), indoors at The Ruins. Doors open at 6pm, stories starts at 7pm.
