Intro To Preservation

OSU Extension Service for Hood River County is hosting a free Intro to Preservation Class in Cascade Locks! This class will cover the basic safety and science behind water bath canning, dehydrating, freezing, and steam juicing with locally gleaned cherries from the Hood River Valley. Participants will leave with their own canned cherry juice.
