Gorge Forest Bathing at Fort Cascades National Historic Site

Join for a Mindful Walk in the Woods, kid and furry-friend friendly.
Each month we will explore different trails, meet other conscious hikers, and relax into nature’s healing power. Deepen your connection to your self, earth and your community. There is a suggested donation of $10/adult (kids free)
Emily, a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, will lead you and your family through a series of mindful practices, meditation, and sensory exercises designed to enhance your connection with the forest. This event is open to all, and we welcome individuals of all backgrounds and experience levels. We will be walking on uneven surfaces, but the destination is not as important as the journey. This is an inclusive, welcoming space to meet like-minded individuals who share a love for nature and mindfulness.
Our next hike is Saturday, November 9 at 10 am. We will be hiking along the Fort Cascades Trail which is a flat and wooded trail along the Columbia River at the site of the historic Fort Cascades. The loop trail totals 1.3 miles, is flat, and is great for families.
