pFriem has partnered with Édeske Patisserie, based here in Hood River, to bring you an exciting class detailing the science behind chocolate, how making and decorating chocolate works, and more
– followed by getting to decorate your very own piped chocolate hearts. An array of toppings will be available to add to your chocolates while you taste through some of our renowned Barrel Aged beers.
Tickets are $50/person. Class size will be limited to 30 people.
