Design and Create 2 Fused Glass Ornaments

Schedule: 

Saturday  Nov. 23th  & Dec. 7th  Time:  11am – 1pm  

Children 5-12 years of age are welcome to join at no additional cost with a paid adult 21+ years 

Capacity: min. 6 students/ 12 students maximum

Class Description: 

Participants will design 2 fused glass ornaments using small colored pieces of glass. Students will create the ornaments for creating a design and then gluing glasses pieces. Fusing process is in a kiln, at Kelly’s home and ornaments will be ready for pick up at Columbia Arts starting on the following Wednesday between 12-5 pm. Additional ornaments can be made for an additional cost of $25.

Cost: $75 for Class and two ornaments 

Preparation: No experience necessary 

About the teaching artist: 

Kelly Asbridge is a retired elementary school teacher. She loves to create art in many forms, fused glass has been one of her favorites and she has been making fused glass pieces for 10 years. She loves the process of putting a piece together and seeing the finished product.
