Botanical Ink Making

Join artist Molly Holmlund in an immersive workshop where you’ll discover the art of crafting inks from locally sourced natural raw materials like plants and minerals. In this hands-on experience, participants will explore methods of ink making, delving into the intricacies of color creation by adding binders and modifiers.

Under Molly’s expert guidance, you’ll gain insight into the diverse properties of inks and experiment with painting techniques using your handmade creations. Leave the workshop with not only a newfound appreciation for natural pigments but also with ink samples and personalized artwork crafted during the session.

If you cannot attend a class, a 72 hour notice prior to the start of the class via email or phone is required for a full refund of the class fee. After that there is no refund.
