Are you looking to learn a new craft and tap into your creativity? Look no further than our macrame class!

In this class, you will be introduced to the beautiful art of macrame and learn the basic techniques needed to create stunning macrame pieces. Chris Knight will guide you through the step-by-step process of understanding how to create a macrame masterpiece. You will learn essential knots such as the square knot, half knot, and lark’s head knot, and how to combine them to create various patterns and textures. You will learn about different types of cords and what is the best project for each type.

One of the great things about macrame is that it requires minimal tools and materials. All you need are some cords, a pair of scissors, and a sturdy surface to work on. We will provide all the necessary materials for the class, so you don’t have to worry about sourcing them yourself. You will also receive a detailed handout with instructions and diagrams, which you can refer to even after the class is over. If you have a project idea, feel free to bring your own supplies and Chris can assist you in getting started or trouble shooting.

This class will take some concentration, patience and listening so please no little humans that just want to run around.

The cost of this class covers all the supplies you need to learn, practice the essential knots and take home your art. Extra cord, dowels and wood beads will be available for purchase to start your own new projects at home.
