Animation for Kids!

Instructor Janet brings a world of fun and excitement to her stop motion animation class tailored for kids aged 8-12. Young enthusiasts will embark on an adventure, learning the art of storytelling frame by frame by manipulating clay and various objects. Armed with just a phone or tablet and a user-friendly app, they’ll craft their own unique narratives.

From conceptualizing ideas through storyboarding to constructing sets and characters, this class empowers kids to bring their creative visions to life. Janet’s extensive experience as a fabricator for stop motion studios like Hornet and Laika ensures expert guidance throughout the journey. It’s the perfect opportunity for kids to plan, create, and animate their imagination!

If you cannot attend a class, a 72 hour notice prior to the start of the class via email or phone is required for a full refund of the class fee. After that there is no refund.

Students will receive a confirmation email of the purchase of the class. And 3 days prior to the class they will receive a reminder email. Please keep a look out for these emails.
