Yoga For Desk Bodies is a therapeutic yoga class designed to help erase the tension and pain we add to our bodies while working. It also works to bring strength into the places which are weakened from working at a desk.
Hello! I am Shaunna, owner of Rising Tide Wellness. I am a chronic pain survivor and have had several back and whiplash injuries.
I designed this class after 10 years of teaching yoga to my coworkers in an office, and being trained in Holistic Yoga Therapeutics.
We use therapy balls, yoga blocks and a yoga strap to bring balance, joy, strength and flexibility.
