Did you know the Beet was initially cultivated around 2000 B.C. in the Mediterranean region, which makes it a natural fit for a heart-healthy Mediterranean diet. Meet us at Arome, as we explore a fun to twist to this ancient vegetable and trendy dip. Using roasted beet and garlic, Greek yogurt and lemon, and garnished with Mediterranean spice blend Za’Atar. Along with the hummus we will be sampling Lapsang Souchong, a Black tea with a smokey finish.
