About the Mandala Drawing: Mandala is the Sanskrit for ‘circle’ or ‘completion’. When someone creates a mandala, it becomes a window for exploring one’s inner-self. Expressing your emotions through a drawing of Mandalas, helps bring peace and balance through art therapies. Drawing or painting Mandalas are a way to create round and symmetrical images- that is beneficial from a healing perspective. This spiritual circle will help with mindfulness, focus attention and promote inner healing. This is a great way to release what your mind and body need you to let go of, through your healing process. Misty Fuentes is a talented artist and art teacher and lover of yoga and mindfulness.

About the Sound Healing: Bask in the vibratory sonic healing with the sounds of Tibetan and crystal sound bowls as well as chimes and bells. The resonance will address and calm your nervous system as well as any blockages you may have and help you to release into a deeper state of rest.

Register by December 30th for the Early Bird Price of $125, or $140 after December 31st.

Covid Safety note; If masks are still required indoors, we will be asking folks to wear them unless they are unable to breathe well during the vigorous exercise portions.
