How to use Huna to come from your heart, stay balanced and stable, and be guided by the philosophy of Aloha to navigate through challenges.
Session 2 – Sept 9
Guided release work using Ho’oku’u
In session 2, we will do the Ho’oku’u release process together. Ho’oku’u means “to cause release” in Hawaiian. Ho’oku’u is a process you can practice regularly to clear away negative emotions and limitations that are getting in the way of your peace of mind and stopping you from moving forward.
In session 1, you learned about the power of Aloha to guide a loving, peaceful life. To live aloha, you must let go of old hurts, anger, sadness, and other negative emotions. The Hawaiian way is to let go of grudges, forgive others, and imua – move forward – on your Path.
This is one of several techniques we use as Huna students. Over the course of this Living Aloha webinar series, you will experience several processes that help you live aloha. And, you will be able to connect and share with others who want to live a heart-centered life. Our community is growing! Come experience the power of Aloha with us!
