Irish Soda Bread and Whipped Butter class

Not a traditional soda bread, but only a marginal deviation from my Irish ancestors’ recipe. Buttermilk, raisins, a wee bit o’ sugar, and a generous lashing of hand-whipped butter make this a wonderfully delicious breakfast treat that you’ll thoroughly enjoy this St. Patrick’s Day.

This is a hands-on cooking class; students will prepare and enjoy their creation, plus take home recipes, confidence, and cost-saving tips.

A different class is offered the second Saturday of every month.

Class Maximum: 8 persons
Class Minimum: 4 persons
