She delights in creating dishes from the Gorge’s bounty to pair with our region’s abundant wine varietals. She is currently at work on a book about her years as a Gorge chef, titled: “Nora’s Table: A Memoir.”
‘A Holiday to Remember’ will be held on Saturday, November 30th. Two seatings: 12-2pm & 3-5pm.
Guests will enjoy an interactive cooking demonstration, progressive lunch, complimentary recipe cards and of course, wine. Winemaker Peter Cushman will also make an appearance to talk about the best wines to serve at your holiday table.
