LEARN OR REFRESH THE BASICS
Introducing new students to the fundamental aspects of a yoga practice. Inviting all levels of students to revisit the precision and alignment of common asanas (postures). Class moves at a slower pace with longer holds to help develop strength, flexibility and awareness.
Monday’s 7:30 – 8:30 pm *10 week series, Oct 15th – Dec 17th
No registration necessary. $10 drop in, studio punch cards and memberships okay. We will build upon each class, so coming to the entire series is ideal, but not required.
Dana Rivkin, RYT 500, has been teaching classes, leading retreats at studios, universities and spaces around the globe for the past 7 years. Dana believes that yoga is a life-long study on and off that mat. Her passion for this practice comes from the connection it brings to herself, to others and to nature. She hopes to share this connection through her teachings.
