Yoga 101 Workshop

New to yoga? Or maybe you simply find yoga intimidating? Or, perhaps, you have some experience but want to revisit core concepts and poses, deepen your understanding of proper alignment, and learn how to modify for the most common poses? Then Flow 101 is for you! Each Flow 101 workshop makes yoga accessible to every body with a focus on how to make yoga work for YOUR specific age and body-type. Each workshop includes the following:
  • Brief discussion around the history, health benefits, and core concepts behind yoga,
  • A worksheet illustrating common poses (asanas) and poses linked by breath (vinyasa) so students can review at home
  • Pose breakdowns that include options/modifications and helpful props
  • A 75 minute Flow 101 class with breath work and relaxation
  • For those who are new to the studio, option to include a 6 week unlimited pass to all the classes at Flow Yoga studio, with specific recommendation for YOU on classes that best suit your needs and desires.
Workshops will be held quarterly on the following Saturdays and will start promptly at 12 noon and end at 2:30 pm. Wear comfortable stretchy fitted clothing – no fancy yoga clothes required but please bring a water bottle.

New to the Studio & want to try it out? Include a 6-Week Unlimited Membership with your Workshop for just $60 extra. ($110 or $100 early bird if registered 30 days prior)
