She is currently at work on a book about her years as a Gorge chef, titled: “Nora’s Table: A Memoir.”
‘Thanksgiving Re-Inspired’ will be held on Saturday, November 17th at 3:30pm in the Jacob Williams Wine Club Lounge. Guests will enjoy an interactive cooking demonstration, progressive lunch, complimentary recipe cards and of course, wine. Winemaker Peter Cushman will also make an appearance to talk about the best wines to serve at your Thanksgiving table.
