Summer Arts: Insects & Reptiles

July 16-19, 9am-Noon, Instructed by Rene Allene Westbrook, Ages: 8-12 years, Cost: $80

Kids will design their own oversized, creative insects and/or reptiles using recycled materials as a sculptural base. Starting with their own original drawings, students will use a variety of tools, materials, and techniques including fabricating with cardboard, painting, and embellishment while creating free-standing, lightweight characters.

Space is limited to 12 students.

Please note that snacks will NOT be provided for this three-hour workshop. Parents are welcome to send students with non-refrigerated food and drink for snacks.
