The night sky comes to life in the utter darkness of the new moon and virtual dark-out conditions on the mountain. Watch the twilight turn to dusk and the stars appear behind the ever darkening silhoutte of Mount Hood. Telescopes are provided for celestial viewing, but sitting back on the deck and observing the universe does not require a telescope.
This is the culmination of the day that includes scenic chair rides until twilight, a Brew Fest and Brewer’s Dinner. There is no charge for the Star Gazing, but for those that want to spend the night in their self-contained RV there is a $15 space fee.
