Charles Shand, Certified Yoga Therapist, Personal trainer, and Group exercise instructor, invites you to join him for a special event filled with the challenging versatility of the stability ball, along with group discussion. A two hour workshop to help you learn how to use a stability ball for higher levels of awareness in your whole body! This workshop will also focus on the importance of breathing during movement. The stability ball is a powerful tool that will strengthen your core, total body integration, as well as your functional flexibility.
