Get on the ball before spring! A two hour workshop to help you learn how to use a stability ball for higher levels of awareness in your whole body! This workshop will focus also on the importance of breathing during movement for a fun and functional way to increase your fitness. The stability ball is a powerful tool that will strengthen your core, total body integration, as well as your functional flexibility.
