Join us for an afternoon of cider samples paired with fresh, local bites by Rooted in the Gorge of The Dalles, Oregon. We will explore how to cook with cider, different styles of pairing cider & food, and send you home with real recipes to give your loved ones, friends, & community a thoughtful, shared experience for the taste buds. Tastings include three cider samples and three unique food pairings, plus a special dessert cider!
