Dealing with stress, overwhelm or mild depression?

Want to get a handle on things and take control of your life?

Mindfulness has been shown to:
Reduce anxious thinking and behaviors
Reduce the frequency and duration of depressive episodes
Help you manage all of that stress
Improve relationships with self and others
Gain clarity

This will be both a teaching and practice environment. You will learn a LOT about your brain, your body and yourself. Join us for one session or the whole series!
