Join other beginners for a free evening class focused on introducing the tools and techniques of meditation. We will spend time on the basics and learn from each other. Meditation is an effective tool decrease anxiety, improve emotional stability, increase creativity, increase happiness, and to develop clarity, intuition, and peace of mind. Scott Rower and Emily Martin will lead this class.
