There is an ever-growing body of evidence showing that mindfulness can help us self-regulate our moods and thoughts, and to become more resilient in the face of stress and life’s challenges. Practicing mindfulness meditation, mindful eating and mindful movements make us more productive and effective, and can restore a sense of calm and balance to our lives.
