GENERAL DISCHORD is a 13-member musical performance team made up of Soldier musicians from the 40-member 234th Army Band of the Oregon National Guard. This classical musical ensemble performs in a variety of settings throughout the year including military ceremonies such as ROTC and Officer Candidate School Graduations, changes of command, deployment ceremonies, and public performances. In this summertime independence concert, they will be performing a mix of patriotic, classical, pop, and musical theatre songs.

This concert is made free to the community through a generous donation by the Hood River Elks Lodge #1507 Veterans Committee.
