Solera Brewery continues our monthly brunch series! Find a new prix-fixe menu every third Sunday. Brunches are $25 and include your first drink along with complimentary coffee/juice/tea.
February’s brunch will be entirely gluten-free!
House-made sweet potato waffles will be served up with your choice of sweet or savory toppings.
Savory:
Sweet potato waffle with farm-fresh, sunny-side up egg, bacon and scallions
Sweet:
Sweet potato waffle topped with your choice of bananas, blueberries, peanut butter, yogurt and maple syrup.
Includes your choice of specialty mimosa, sake toddy, hard cider or Ground Breaker Brewing Gluten Free IPA or Dark ale, or any beer on tap (NOT GF) (21+)
