Gourmet cheeses, toasted Pine Street Bakery baguette, hop honey butter, pine syrup, and honeycomb garnish.
“21” Doppelbock

Nugget & Saaz Beet Salad
Salt-roasted beets, heirloom carrots, Olio Verde, Maldon sea salt and, hop aioli topped with micro greens.
The Gold Standard Fresh Hop Pale Ale

Denali Lamb Confit
Confit lamb shoulder, beluga lentils, heirloom tomato, black plum, and mint hop jelly.
Atomizer IPA

Citra & Ekuanot Ice Cream Sandwich
Hopped vanilla ice cream between chocolate cookies garnished with candied marigolds, pink peppercorn & hops, and Amber Ale caramel.
