Are you a first-time Latin dancer? Have been dancing Bachata for a while but think it’s danced side to side and includes a lot of body rolls? Come and learn authentic Bachata the way it is danced by Dominicans, the creators of Bachata.
In this intro lesson with Carolina & Jamal Rahima of Vitalidad Movement Arts & Event Center, you will learn the different rhythms in Bachata and how to express them in your dance, the correct hip and body movement, an understanding and appreciation for the differences in the different styles of Bachata/Bachata Fusion music, and helpful leading/following concepts.
