Kristen from Rooted Table will be serving up rich & hearty dishes of warm polenta, & Slopeswell will be pairing & pouring their ciders that perfectly blend old world style with Northwest fun from 5-9pm! Come grab a glass, fill your belly, & settle into rich, winter community in Slopeswell’s comfortable, living room style taproom on the Hood River Heights! We hope to see you there!
No tickets necessary; the cider will never run dry, & polenta will be available by the bowl for $10 while supplies last!
January 18th – Smoked Provolone Polenta with Pork Ragu
February 15th – Rosemary Parmesan Polenta with Cider Braised Short Ribs
March 15th – Brown Butter Sage Polenta with Roasted Butternut Squash & Crispy Prosciutto
