Let’s face it…arm balances and inversions aren’t easy. They can liberate a practitioner, as well as frustrate. Join me as we start from the ground up! We will explore the foundations of a variety of common arm balances and inversions. Each pose will be broken down into levels suitable and safe for all students. Learn proper body alignment, safe entry and exit strategies, practice strength building exercises and rediscover your props. Replace fear with confidence as you join me on the road to flight.
